We pride ourselves on offering cutting edge construction plant and equipment to our customers.
In addition to supplying our Civil Engineering Division, we offer a professional Plant Hire service to external organisations.
Our fleet of over 150 machines is procured from recognised industry leaders such as Caterpillar and Volvo, offering widespread and efficient service networks. It is our policy to continually upgrade our fleet with the latest technologically advanced models of the highest efficiency. Combining these high standards with the unparalleled service of our dedicated workforce, has secured the positive reputation of our Plant Hire service. Our procurement decisions are not guided by purchase price alone, but instead take into consideration whole-life costs, environmental performance and driver ergonomics.
All our plant operators are registered under construction industry accredited schemes for the appropriate categories of plant, and many are trained in the use of GPS equipment with which a substantial proportion of our fleet is equipped.
We are constantly striving to improve the environmental efficiency of our fleet. We are currently undertaking a major trial of HVO (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil) fuel on one of our projects. Alongside the imminent introduction of a hydrogen powered plant, we hope HVO fuel will facilitate impactful environmental improvements across our plant fleet.
