Ed joined the Main Board in 2023 as a Non-Executive Director, and is excited to now take on a full-time role working alongside his father Scott and brother Duncan, as well as other family members, at the business.

With over 15 years of experience as a chartered accountant, Ed has built an impressive career with organisations including Teneo, Deloitte, Aberdeen Asset Management PLC and Quayle Munro and brings a wealth of knowledge that will help with his focus on strengthening financial governance, reporting, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth.

 When asked about joining the company Edward said: “Joining I & H Brown full-time has always been a long-term goal of mine, and I look forward to contributing to the continued success of the business for many years to come!”
