We are seeking a Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of civil engineering and construction projects on site. You will be responsible for setting out, surveying, and ensuring works are carried out accurately in line with design specifications, technical requirements, and project programmes.
Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will help coordinate site activities, maintain accurate records, monitor quality and progress, and support effective cost control. You will also play a key role in liaising with subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Skill, knowledge, and experiences
- HNC/HND or a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of site engineering techniques, surveying, and setting out.
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS, and associated software.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements on construction sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to work on sites across Scotland.
