We’ve made a significant £3.45 million investment in our fleet as part of a long-term strategy to strengthen self-delivery across our projects. From heavy plant to site support vehicles, this expansion equips us with the tools to take on work of any size, with greater control, flexibility and efficiency.
Our latest additions reflect the scale and diversity of the projects we undertake. From bulk earthworks and civils to infrastructure delivery, the upgraded fleet ensures we can deliver safely and consistently using our own people and equipment.
Here’s what’s been added to the fleet:
- 4x CAT 730 30T Articulated Dump Trucks
- 1x CAT 330 30T Tracked Excavator
- 1x CAT 336 38T Tracked Excavator
- 1x Hitachi 530 54T Tracked Excavator
- 1x Volvo EC220EL 20T Tracked Excavator
- 1x Volvo EW160E 16T Wheeled Excavator
- 2x CAT D6 LGP Dozers (1x Straight Blade, 1x VPAT)
- 1x Volvo SD135B 13T Single Drum Vibrating Roller
- 2x Volvo SD160B 16T Single Drum Vibrating Rollers (with padfoot)
- 2x JCB Lodall 535-95 Telescopic Handlers
- 9x Toyota Hilux 4×4 Pickups
- 3x John Deere 6M145 Tractors
- 2x FuelProof 8000L + 1000L AdBlue® Towable Bowsers
This upgrade allows us to respond faster, reduce reliance on external plant hire and minimise downtime by keeping maintenance and scheduling within our own teams. It also supports our focus on quality, safety and programme certainty across all sites.
We’re also aligning our fleet strategy with our environmental goals. By owning and operating our own plant, we can monitor fuel efficiency, reduce emissions and maintain all equipment to the highest standards. Our newly added Toyota Hilux pickups, including seven already branded and ready for site, are a great example of how we’re putting this into practice.
By continuing to invest in the right equipment, we’re building more than a fleet. We’re strengthening our ability to self-deliver, adding long-term value to every project we undertake.
