We have commenced our latest project for repeat client Suez Recycling and Recovery. We have won the rebuild of a Waste Transfer Station in Hayes, London that burnt down in August 2022. This win follows the successful delivery of a string projects for Suez including Reliance St, Chichester St, Nash Road, Longley Lane (all Manchester) and Byker in Newcastle.

We will commence the Hayes project by taking down existing fire-damaged structure to foundation level with the existing holding down bolts, internal and external floor slabs and push walls remaining in place. The steel frame will then be replaced to the exact dimensions of the original building and covered with cladding that complies with the latest regulations. A new Fire and odour suppression system will also be installed.

The project began on site in June 2023 and is programmed to be completed by Christmas 2023.
